feat: KKT dto_device_id — multiple KKTs per DTO instance

Browse Source 
- EquipmentPage: added "ID устройства в ДТО" field (config.dto_device_id),
  shown on device card as #1
- api.ts: typed config.dto_device_id in WorkstationDevice
