- DB migration 016: add early_checkin_fee, late_checkout_fee to rooms table
- Backend rooms: support new fee columns in POST/PATCH
- Backend hotel-settings GET: also returns check_in_time, check_out_time
- Room type + RoomPayload: add earlyCheckinFee, lateCheckoutFee fields
- RoomModal: add fee amount inputs in pricing section
- SettingsPage: add toggles for early_checkin_enabled / late_checkout_enabled
- BookingDetailPanel: on check-in shows fee warning + adds payment record if
current time is before checkInTime and fee is set on the room; same logic
for check-out after checkOutTime

- New types: BedItem, ExtraPlace, ChildPolicy on Room interface
- New 'Места' tab in RoomModal with 3 sections:
· Beds constructor: add/remove/count any combo of bed types (1-sp, 2-sp,
queen, king, twin, sofa, bunk, cot) with emoji icons and ±1 steppers
· Extra places: toggle + count (max 5) + price per night
· Child policy: toggle + free-under-age stepper + charge-from-age stepper
with green/amber visual cards and summary text

- BookingModal: 2-column layout (size=2xl/max-w-3xl), no scroll needed; hourly mode toggle for rooms with allowHourly=true
- RoomModal: full add/edit form with hourly rate toggle and amenities checkboxes; RoomsPage wired up
- Channel manager: Яндекс Путешествия, Островок, Суточно.ру, OneTwoTrip added; split into RU/International sections
- Migration module: 3-step wizard (source select → file upload → progress/results)
- All modules set to active by default (version bump to reset localStorage)
- BookingCalendar booking blocks: guest count badge (Xг), unpaid red dot indicator
