- All users are equal — no is_admin superuser

- openOrCreatePrivate: load chat by ID directly (skip stale list lookup)
- GET /api/chats/🆔 resolve title/avatar/privateUserId for private chats
(was returning null title, causing chat area to behave unexpectedly)
